Data Deletion

This page explains how AeroRadar Live users can request deletion of account and app profile data associated with the AeroRadar Live app.

What We Delete

When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize AeroRadar Live data associated with your account, including:

What We Cannot Delete Directly

AeroRadar Live cannot delete data stored directly inside your Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, mobile carrier, device, or app store account. To remove provider-side permissions, visit the privacy or connected-app settings for that provider.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@risemodemedia.com from the email address associated with your AeroRadar Live account.
  2. Use the subject line: AeroRadar Live Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the sign-in provider you used, such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or phone sign-in.
  4. If you signed in with Facebook and Facebook did not share your email, include your Facebook name and the approximate date you first used AeroRadar Live.

Verification

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. This helps prevent someone else from deleting your AeroRadar Live account data without permission.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup or security logs may remain for a limited period where required for fraud prevention, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Facebook App Removal

You can also remove AeroRadar Live from your Facebook account by opening Facebook settings, going to Apps and Websites, selecting AeroRadar Live, and choosing Remove. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete AeroRadar Live profile data stored in Firestore, so email us if you also want app data deleted.
